Soft skills trainings for a group of 10–12 people, meant to enhance their competencies. I usually dedicate one to two working days to one topic. Thanks to these trainings, participants learn to communicate and work together more effectively, they are able to create long lasting relationships with customers, negotiate better terms for your company, increase sales, deal with stress more easily and solve conflicts better. Trainings focused on leadership are an invaluable part of manager's deve­lopment. Thanks to them, they get to know different methods of managing people and ways to communicate company changes to their subordinates. I accentuate practical tasks and valuable feedback at my trainings the most.
